All attendees at our events are required to agree with the following code of conduct. Organisers will enforce this code throughout the event. We expect co-operation from all participants to help ensure a safe environment for everybody.
Reporting Issues and Finding Support
If you are troubled by the behaviour of another attendee at the event, or are concerned that another attendee may be in distress, please speak immediately to one of the Organisers. Alternatively, use this form on the website to register a breach.
Organisers will be on hand throughout the event. Any concern, whatever it is, will be immediately passed on to one of the organisers. The organisers will investigate promptly and, if necessary, will take appropriate action. This could include:
- asking a violator of the Code of Conduct to leave the event immediately (no refunds will be forthcoming)
- informing the Police about the incident
We will provide you with a written statement of the outcome, whatever it is, so please leave your contact details with us.
